We had a banner month this August as Fanpop vaulted into the Top 2000 U.S. sites (according to the web metrics resource, Quantcast.com). Highlights included over 3,000,000 visits to the site, 1,700,000 global unique users (~850k from the U.S.) and over 23,000,000 pageviews.

Also amusing to see is what sites our traffic is comparable to. Olivegarden.com? Nice!

Obviously the site wouldn’t be “Fanpop” without all the great fans that come to the site, contribute, chat and participate. So we dedicate this record-breaking month to them. Here’s looking forward to an even better October!
